Meeting rooms
The Academic Services manages 23 meeting rooms (20 on the Zentrum campus and 3 on the Hönggerberg campus).
There is no booking block on meeting rooms and they can be booked up to 2 years in advance.
Meeting rooms are reserved for the use of ETH members, the ETH Domain and Federal Offices. Events must be connected with work carried out within ETH Zurich, the Federal Offices or the ETH Domain.
Meeting rooms may not be used by external event organisers. Bookings must not be arranged through members of ETH Zurich.
ETH employees and lecturers can use the Room Request application to check the availability of Rectorate rooms and send a booking enquiry directly to the Room and Course Scheduling Office.
As well as the meeting rooms managed by the Academic Services, the departments also have their own meeting rooms that can be booked directly through the departments.
The Room Information can be used to view the points of contact for all rooms, information about their facilities and maps of buildings and rooms, with no obligation.
