Procedure and timetable

In the pre-project, the initial situation was clarified and, based on this, the direction for change was defined. The main project consists of three phases.

Phase 1: Detailed concept

By summer 2024, the solution approaches will be further elaborated and expanded into a complete concept.

Phase 2: Preparing implementation

During the following three years, the implementation will be prepared.

Phase 3: Roll out

The launch will take place in 2027.
