Digital Campus - The digital future in academic operations

The Digital Campus project initiated by Rector Günther Dissertori aims to establish a forward-looking digital platform that provides effective and intelligent support for teaching and learning.

We will offer our students and lecturers a modern and efficient platform that provides them with the best possible support during their studies. With Digital Campus, we are not only improving teaching and supporting efficient administration, but also making it fit for the challenges of the future.

Why are we doing this?

  1. Technically mapping PAKETH
The PAKETH project is fundamentally changing many processes and structures. Digital Campus maps these changes to the system using technical means.
  2. Reduce complexity
The complexity of current teaching applications has grown enormously over the last 20 years and requires a new direction. This provides an opportunity to introduce new technologies and thus increase the efficiency of academic operations.
  3. Enabling innovation
Advancing digitalisation facilitates the implementation of new concepts in teaching and learning, as well as in collaboration within and across universities. Digital Campus becomes an enabler of this potential.
