Payment of supplier invoices

The electronic recording of supplier invoices is available in ETHIS.

Special cases

• Orders for deliveries or services of CHF 10,000.00 or more must be processed through Procurement.
• If a supplier invoice from a company is missing, please use the protected page Payment order.
• To pay for services rendered by private individuals, please use the Invoice for services performed on behalf of ETH Zurich.
• For the payments of guest speakers, please use the Invoice for guest speakers
• For currency hedging of large orders in a foreign currency, please note the protected page Merkblatt Beschaffung / Zahlung in Fremdwährung.
