ETH Diversity offers advice for all students, employees and units of ETH Zurich on equality, diversity and promotional measures. The advisory work focuses in particular on knowledge transfer, inclusive communication and networking. Ideas or inquiries are welcome by email.

Communicate inclusively?

ETH Diversity is happy to advise ETH members on how to make their communication (e.g., on websites, forms and more) as inclusive, understandable and respectful as possible in text and images.

Thematic Inputs

Depending on the topic, ETH Diversity can be asked for contributions or suggest other qualified speakers.

Initiatives and Networking

ETH Diversity advises and brings together ETH members and cross-university initiatives that support equality and diversity at universities. Any ideas via email are welcome.

Inclusive Events

In addition to the checklist for diversity-sensitive events, ETH Diversity can also advise event organizers individually.
