Description
Employees of an ETH Domain institution (EPFL, Empa, PSI, WSL, EAWAG) or of ETH SEC Singapore.
Purpose
Research purpose, either in the context of a specific project collaboration or a collaborative professorship at a Domain institution or SEC Singapore.
Requirements
- Employment at an ETH Domain institution or SEC Singapore
- Project contract, principles on collaborative professorships, etc. Agreements between ETH and the SEC and/or the institutions of ETH Domain professorships
Work and residence permit
A work and residence permit cannot be obtained via ETH for this guest category. This must be secured from the guest's employer or from the guest themselves if the guest is staying in Switzerland.

Notes
- Doctoral students with an SEC contract who are matriculated at ETH Zurich are not treated as academic guests. The application for entry is made via the Swiss Embassy in Singapore.
