University Assembly

It comprises

• representatives of the teaching faculty (KdL)
  
• representatives of the scientific staff (AVETH)
  
• representatives of the students (VSETH)
  
• representatives of the administrative and technical personnel (PeKo)

Composition

The University Assembly is composed as follows:

• 1 president
• 1 vice president
  
• at least 20 members
  
• 1 secretary

plus guests, in particular the Executive Board and experts, who are invited to join meetings as required.

In addition, the University Assembly forms a committee which accompanies day-to-day business and prepares the assembly meetings.

The committee comprises one representative of each of the four university groups, and the secretary.

Members

Participation at ETH

Participation is a central component of the culture at ETH and is enshrined in law. The participation of the four university groups ensures that the Executive Board's decisions are widely accepted and supported - and can be influenced or corrected if necessary.
