Access using the ETH card
In buildings with electronic access authorisation the ETH card has the function of an access badge off the regular opening times.

Offline components are also being implemented for access control. They are not connected to the ETH network. Personal access authorizations are stored on the ETH card by an update terminal (not to be confused with validation terminal).
