Digital Campus project start and establishment of the governance structure
The Executive Board has given the green light for Digital Campus: With the establishment of a governance structure and the launch of the DC Academic Support Processes project, a new phase of digital transformation in teaching and academic support processes has begun.
Simovative GmbH wins tender
The Munich-based company Simovative GmbH has been awarded the bid for the Digital Campus project as a result of the selection process. The company specialises in the digitalisation of university processes and offers a modular platform for customised university processes through its campus management system academyFIVE.
Phase II: Evaluation of the proposals
In order to find a suitable partner for the Digital Campus, three companies were selected for Phase II of the selective procedure: Datenlotsen, Scheer GmbH and Simovative GmbH.
Three tenderers selected for phase II of the selective procedure
As part of the selective procedure for Digital Campus, ten companies applied within the deadline. After a careful review, seven of them were invited to make a presentation. Of these seven, three providers have now been selected to move on to the next round of the selection process.
