New databases: BioCyc Database Collection

BioCyc Database Collection is a comprehensive resource for data records on genes, metabolites, and metabolic pathways of thousands of microbes and other species. BioCyc curators summarize and synthesize information from publications and organize them into tiers according to the amount of manual updating they have received. Additionally, the website contains a variety of software tools for searching, visualizing, comparing, and analyzing these data.

The database can be accessed online on ETH Zurich's network or on ETH Library premises.
