The Facility Management department’s customer satisfaction survey
In October, all staff and students at ETH Zurich will receive a link via email to access the online questionnaire. It will take around six to eight minutes to complete.
The Facility Management department is responsible for utilities and building management for all ETH buildings and facilities. The information provided by the online survey will form an important basis for planning measures to further increase the trust and satisfaction of users.
The survey will be processed by the LINK Institute in Zurich. All participants will remain anonymous and data protection will be ensured at all times. The survey will remain open for four weeks.
A general overview of the results will be published in the first quarter of 2020. The detailed results of the survey are reserved for the Facility Management department.
