Recent research shows that we are healthier when we feel like we belong to a group. Harnessing the power of team spirit and a sense of belonging can significantly reduce burnout and enhance overall well-being.
At the next" Health" lunchtime event, hosted by the Vice-Presidency for Personnel Development and Leadership (VPPL), external page Rolf van Dick, professor of social psychology at Goethe University in Frankfurt, will illuminate the link between social integration and our well-being. Experience the practical benefits of togetherness!
The one-hour online event will be held in English. Following an input presentation of about 30 minutes, Prof. van Dick will engage you in an exercise that will help you identify your own group belonging as a potential source of support. The session will be followed by an opportunity for you to ask Rolf van Dick your own questions on the topic.
