Description
Das Pallmannzimmer wurde nach Hans Pallmann (1903-1965) benannt. Dieser wurde 1935, im Alter von 33 Jahren, zum Professor für Agrikulturchemie an der ETH Zürich ernannt. Von 1947 bis 1949 war Hans Pallmann Rektor und ab 1949 Schulratspräsident der ETH Zürich. In dieser Funktion war er massgeblich am Ausbau der Schule auf dem Hönggerberg beteiligt.
