Course scheduling
The Course Catalogue is prepared by the schedule coordinators in each department and coordinated by the Room and Course Scheduling Office in the Academic Services.
It is created by taking the data from the previous year to use as a template for all the courses available in the coming semester.
Lecturers and examiners can correct and/or confirm this data during the Correction phase for lecturers and examiners.
The confirmations or corrections are made in the eDozweb application. The Room and Course Scheduling Office informs all lecturers by e-mail when the data for the coming semester is available for confirmation and/or correction.
