The Multimedia Services group Infrastructure & Support (MMS IS) offers advice for both the new construction and the renovation of A/V equipment in conference rooms, auditoriums and meeting rooms. The consultation considers the users requirements, budget and the currently installed equipment.

We always include:

• A preliminary assessment with the user at the site
• Consult an A/V specialist planner or A/V installer when making an offer
• Offer evaluation and recommendations for awarding contracts
• Development support
• Decreases complications and handover to the user

Customers use this service thanks to the expert advice it delivers for the customers required result. The solutions are developed in a way so they are cost effective, consider ETH guidelines and future-proof.

The A/V infrastructure and planning service is available to all ETH members. The first contact with us via telephone will result in a corresponding order. The consulting and planning work are included in the basic contact.
