New selection process for Digital Campus

Together with the IT Procurement & Compliance team of IT Services, the Digital Campus project management has decided to forego a Request for Information (RFI) and carry out a selective tender procedure instead.

The two-stage selection process comprises the following steps:

Call for applications

In the first phase, interested providers have the opportunity to demonstrate their suitability for the Digital Campus project by means of a specification sheet I (Phase I, pre-qualification). Once prequalification has been completed, it will be determined who will be admitted to submit a tender (Phase II, tender phase).

Complete tender documents and final selection

The selected providers receive the complete tender documents, on the basis of which they submit their final offers. The final selection of the tenderer will then take place.

The selective process will enable finding the best possible provider for the Digital Campus project, both in terms of technical excellence and understanding of our educational structure.

In addition, the possibility of refactoring the current teaching landscape and the option of mapping the new structure in the existing system will be carefully examined and included in the decision-making process.
