Three tenderers selected for phase II of the selective procedure

As part of the selective procedure for Digital Campus, ten companies applied within the deadline. After a careful review, seven of them were invited to make a presentation. Of these seven, three providers have now been selected to move on to the next round of the selection process.

Evaluation and selection

In order to make a well-founded and comprehensive decision, 18 people from the Academic Services and IT Services departments were involved in the evaluation process. The presentations of the seven invited companies were evaluated in thorough detail. Particular attention was paid to the functional concept, technical excellence, the ‘Built for Change’ concept, and the overall impression as well as to a deep understanding of the specific requirements of Digital Campus. Following this intensive review, we are pleased to announce that three providers have qualified for the next round. Please note that the appeal period is currently still open.

Next steps

In the next phase of the process, the three selected providers will submit their concepts again. In this so-called tender phase, the providers will have the opportunity to submit their proposals and elaborate on them in a presentation. Following this, a proof of concept will be carried out with two of them in order to identify the most suitable solution for the realisation of the project.

We are looking forward to the upcoming proposals, presentations and proof of concepts in order to find the best solution for the Digital Campus together.
