PeKo: Ideas wanted for the future of work at ETH

The ETH Zurich Staff Committee’s (PeKo) ideas competition is still running until 31 August. The competition is looking for suggestions on how to optimise everyday working life at our university. All members of the ETH community are welcome to participate.

Perhaps you also have a good idea on how to make everyday work at ETH even better? Then submit it to the PeKo ideas competition and take advantage of the opportunity to help shape the future of work at ETH.

How you can participate

You can submit your ideas on the following topics:

  • ETH working world - ETH family world
  • ETH as a place of education and development
  • Digital Transformation
  • Efficient organization
  • Cost reductions
  • Together against waste
  • Inefficient processes
  • Habitat ETH
  • Unclear responsibilities
  • On the track of time wasters

All members of the ETH community can participate, either as an individual or in a group of max. three people. The deadline for entries is August 31, 2021, after which the best ideas will be selected by a jury of PeKo members and announced at a PeKo anniversary event on October 21, 2021.

PeKo will then work with the relevant ETH units and the idea providers to support the winning ideas in their implementation. However, no guarantee can be given for the implementation.
