Content videos
Videos, which focus on the conveying of content, are primarily used in the areas of teaching and learning:
- as a supplement to classroom teaching (Blended Learning, Flipped Classroom)
- for online courses (MOOC)

Further areas of use
- training videos (for software or small objects),
- explanatory videos (e.g. for using a web-based offer), or
- presentations for (virtual) conferences or as a supplement for scientific publications
For the production and creation of content, we offer two settings, the fully digital tablet and semi-digital document camera; we also explain the production with the help of a ceiling camera.
Tablet / Smartboard
The tablet enables the recording of content on the computer screen, including written or drawn annotations. The basis for this is the so-called "screencast", recordings of the programs being displayed. This can be used for any software program, the use of which is to be explained, but the use of PowerPoints is more common. These presentations generally include handwritten annotations, the program is occasionally also used just as a background for a handwritten presentation. All recordings can be edited in post-production, such as with zooming, the addition of texts, symbols, or manipulations, such as fast replaying.

- Costs: low; dependent on the adjustments during post-production
- Requirements: screen content must always be in 16:9
- Risk: pure PowerPoint presentations are generally unsuitable for video
- The setting can also be realised as a DIY production in the recording room.
Smartboard
Document camera / Visualizer
The document camera combines working with paper and pen with digital signals, which in turn enable good processing and high quality: a camera attached above a work surface films this work surface, on which it is possible to draw or write on paper; the hand remains visible and becomes a part of the video. It is sometimes useful to add pre-assembled elements, such as complex formulas or object drawings; these can be added as printouts during production or post-production, where other kinds of manipulations are possible.
Furthermore, the recording of smaller objects is possible, although the ceiling camera is more suitable for this.

Visualizer
The assistant will take care of the setup ...
... and look after the equipment during the recording work. The customer can thus concentrate on the work content.
Supervision: illustration, animation, documentation
Using a camera fixed to the ceiling of the studio, content on a table below the camera is recorded. Drawings, animations, but also simple presentations of objects are possible (for more demanding videos, cf. videos of objects).
