Levels of conflict regulation: How should the issue be dealt with?

In a nutshell

Conflict management does not imply that everything is negotiable. In conflict management, it is beneficial to have clarity about which issues are decided by leaders, which issues are subject to specific regulations and which issues are negotiable. Clarity helps when dealing with expectations, tensions, and conflicts. Furthermore, it is important to recognise that there are areas of tension that are unresolvable from a systemic perspective. The challenge is to find a way of working with these areas of tension.
