The «Leadership4newFaculty» program is specifically designed for faculty members who have taken on a new role at ETH. The purpose of the program is to further enhance one’s own leadership skills and, at the same time, to enable professors to shape ETH’s leadership culture.

By end of this programme you will have

• strengthened your leadership competencies

• developed viable steps to confront leadership challenges in your research group
• built a peer network for sharing and developing leadership practice
