Mira Krämer

Ausbildung und Mitgliedschaften

Mira joined ETH Zurich as Legal Counsel in September 2008. She is a member of the German Bar Association and specializes in IP/IT law, technology transfer, licensing and contract law. Her areas of expertise also include private international law, comparative law, data privacy law, e-commerce and competition law.

Mira graduated from the University of Cologne and also obtained credits for legal studies from the University of Freiburg, Melbourne Law School and Tulane Law School. In addition, she earned her LL.M. degree in International Business Law with specialization in intellectual property law and competition law from the University of Zurich.

Mira has been heading the team within the Research Contracts Group, which focuses on research contracts in the area of Technical and Social Sciences since January of 2023.

Mira is a member of swiTT (Swiss Technology Transfer Association) and ASTP (Association of European Science and Technology Transfer Professionals).
